A Burns Harp Hang  was held on Saturday 23 January, celebrating the life of Bard. As an Ayrshire lass Karen took the opportunity to share poems and stories, including a recitation of Tam O' Shanter, along with the tunes.

If you'd like to play along (on mute!) with Karen or are interested in the arranging process you can download these tunes. They are working scores at the minute so mostly the tune. some ornamentation and chord symbols, or just arranged for the first time round the tune. Full arrangements will be available to buy once they're finalised (after the gig though).

The Slave's Lament  (the gut arrangement given out to my Patreon supporters this month)

Mary Queen of Scots Lament  (arranged for wire-strung harp - given out to my Patreon wire supporters this month)

These tunes are all free to download whether you've got a ticket for the Harp Hang or not. If you'd like to support me and buy me a coffee that would be lovely thanks, but there's no obligation!

The second Harp Hang was celebrating the Winter Solstice with seasonal tunes from various eras, held on the Solstice Eve 20th December.

The Harpy Halloween Hang was the first one - held of course on Saturday 31st October!
