Functions

Karen is an experienced provider of music for many functions, especially weddings (see www.weddingharpscotland.com), dinners and corporate events. She has played in top hotels such as Gleneagles, The Old Course, The Fairmount (St Andrews), The Balmoral and Turnberry, as well as historic venues such as Edinburgh and Stirling Castles, Inchcolm Abbey, and the House for an Art Lover.

Karen has performed on separate occasions for The Princess Royal, the Countess of Wessex and for the Scottish First Minister at Bute House.

Regular clients include Cromlix House, BAE Systems and PriceWaterhouseCoopers.

Karen can provide solo clarsach / clarsach and fiddle / clarsach and flute / clarsach and small pipes / clarsach and cello /  two or more clarsachs, or any combination of these instruments.

The clarsach, or Scottish harp, is an ideal instrument for these occasions adding elegance, interest and a link with Scotland's great traditions to your wedding or event.
