Pre-recorded video workshops on YouTube which are free to watch with a small charge for the accompanying sheet music PDF. The Harp Ornamentation series is currently going live on YouTube with only the final episode, number 7, to go.

One to one lessons can be arranged in Edinburgh or online via Zoom, subject to availability. These are particularly effective for players wishing to study with Karen for a short intensive period. Please use the contact form for any enquiries.
Karen also does some teaching on the Royal Conservatoire of Scotland Traditional Music course, and is a guest lecturer for the University of Glasgow Music Department on the music of the Robert ap Huw ms, and on Scottish harps for the University of the Highlands and Islands.
Karen does occasional Online Harp Days via Zoom such as the Get Ready for Burns (7th January 2023), Wire Harp Day (2nd April 2023) and Tunes from Edinburgh (17th June 2023)., and New Tunes for Spring for wire-strung harp on 14th April 2024.
